Erasmus + project “She has a business”

IIS Gobetti Marchesini Casale Arduino with Varėna “Ryto” Progymnasium from  Republic  of Lithuania together with partners from Romania – Liceul Tehnologic “Clisura Dunării”, Serbia – St. Tryphon Secondary School, and Spain – National Federation of Rural Women (FEMUR) is implementing the Erasmus+ project “She’s Got a Biz”. (2024-1-ES01-KA210-VET- 000243407)

Project objectives:
To strengthen the competencies and self-confidence of teachers working in rural areas by integrating entrepreneurship education into the teaching process.

Promote partnerships between local businesses and educational institutions to better align vocational education with the ever-changing needs of the labor market.

To develop practical entrepreneurial skills among students in rural areas, to promote their self-confidence, initiative and creativity.
To prepare a methodological guide for teachers that is adaptable and meets the different needs and expectations of students in rural areas.

Project activities:
A methodological guide for teachers, “She has a business,” is being developed to develop practical entrepreneurial skills.

Trainings are being organized for teachers on the topic “Rural Women’s Entrepreneurship in Education”, with the participation of four teachers from each partner organization.

Mentoring of students’ business ideas is carried out and local entrepreneurship training events are organized.

A set of methodological tools for entrepreneurship education is being developed.

The final international project conference “She Has a Business” is being organized.
Dissemination of project results is underway.

Girls’ Entrepreneurship Guide
The project duration is 18 months.
